I chose to do this image of Pepe the frog, because it is a very interesting image. For the first image, I changed the hue. For the second image, I used two filters to try and give the effect that it was a neon sign, because everything in neon looks neat. For the third image, I turned the image black and white then recolored Pepe for copyright purposes.
